- Setting up of a new wiring harness manufacturing plant of the Company at (i) Sector 11, Jhajjar, Haryana, India; and (ii) Shoolagiri, Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India
- Funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes(1)
